Three realistic examples. All sites are fictional (example domains) — they demonstrate the spec's range, not real companies' terms.

store-shopping-agents	Default `conditional`; shopping agents allowed on a `paid-tier` with rate limits; checkout explicitly disallowed.
blog-open-attribution	Default `allow` with attribution terms; one scraper named and blocked.
