AgentGate is run by Ingenious AI. This page states what the service stores.

What we store

Your account email and a hashed password. Policies you generate while logged in, and hosted policies you publish, are stored so they stay available at their URLs. Validator inputs are checked in memory and are not kept after the report renders.

What we never do

We never sell account data. Published agent policies are public by design: only publish what you intend the web to read.

Advertising and cookies

Google advertising cookies: this site carries Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), and Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The cookie banner on this site records your accept or decline choice in your own browser.
